After workout

I wanted to ask you all a question. After playing sports or working out, do you usually change out of your workout clothes, or do you head straight home in them?

Recently, I joined a spin class with a colleague, and it was an absolute blast! The music was pumping, and the instructor was super energetic. She was also really fit and looked amazing. After the session, I definitely felt sore, even though I didn’t push myself as hard as the instructor did.

Personally, after working out, I prefer not to change back into dry clothes. So, my colleague and I just left the studio without changing. To be honest, I was sweating quite a bit during the class, so my sports bra (a blue one) was pretty damp. My leggings weren’t as obvious since they’re black.

But here’s where I got confused—on the way out, I noticed that some passersby were giving me what felt like judgmental looks. I know I’m not just imagining it because my colleague noticed it too.

I’m puzzled by this. It’s not like there’s an official dress code at Suntec. I’ve seen people there in slippers, so what’s the big deal?

Can anyone explain why this might be happening?
